Terms and Conditions for Mixing and Mastering Services

1. Scope of Services:

• Blink Mode Studio (referred to as "the Studio") provides professional mixing and mastering services for audio projects.
• This service includes the mixing and mastering of up to 74 stems per project.

2. Free Revision Policy:

• The Studio offers two free revisions per project.
• Clients must submit revision requests within 7 days of receiving the final deliverables.
• Revision requests must be reasonable and within the scope of the original project description.

3. Additional Revisions:

• Additional revisions beyond the two free revisions will incur a fee.
• The cost for the first additional revision is R500.
• Subsequent revisions will be charged at a rate of R250 per revision.
• Payment for additional revisions must be made before the revised deliverables are provided.

4. Turnaround Time:

• The Studio commits to delivering the completed project within 48 hours of receiving all necessary files and information from the client.
• Any delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials or feedback within a timely manner may impact the turnaround time.

5. Commencement of Service:

• Once the service has commenced, it cannot be refunded.
• Commencement of service is defined as the Studio initiating work on the project or receiving payment, whichever comes first.

6. Payment Terms:

• Clients are required to pay in full before the commencement of the service.
• Payments are non-refundable once the service has begun.

7. Client Responsibilities:

• Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, including audio stems, reference tracks, and project requirements, in a timely manner.
• Clients must communicate any specific preferences or requirements before the commencement of the service.

8. Ownership and Rights:

• The client retains ownership of their original audio recordings and compositions.
• The Studio retains the right to use excerpts or samples of the completed work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

9. Confidentiality:

• The Studio agrees to keep all client materials and information confidential and will not share or distribute them without prior consent.

10. Liability:

• The Studio will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to technical issues, force majeure, or client negligence.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

12. Acceptance of Terms:

• By engaging the services of Blink Mode Studio, the client agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
