Terms and Conditions for Mixing and Mastering Services:

 

1. Service Overview:

   1.1 The mixing and mastering services provided by [Your Company Name] include the initial mixing and mastering of a single track.

 

2. Free Revision:

   2.1 The service includes one free revision, allowing the client to provide feedback and request adjustments to the initial mix and master.

   2.2 The free revision must be requested within [number] days from the date of receiving the initial mix.

 

3. Additional Revisions:

   3.1 Any revisions beyond the initial free revision will be subject to a fee of R250 per additional revision.

   3.2 The client must clearly communicate the specific changes required for each additional revision.

4. Clean Versions/Radio Edits:

   4.1 Clean versions or radio edits are not included in the standard mixing and mastering service and will incur an additional charge of R250.

   4.2 The client must specify the requirements for the clean version or radio edit during the initial request or before the commencement of additional revisions.

 

5. Mix Stems:

   5.1 Mix stems, if required, can be provided at an additional cost of R500.

   5.2 The client must specify the desire for mix stems during the initial request or before the commencement of additional revisions.

 

6. Payment Terms:

   6.1 The client agrees to pay for any additional revisions, clean versions, or mix stems as specified in this document.

   6.2 Payment for additional services is due within [number] days of receiving an invoice.

   6.3 Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay in the delivery of services.

 

7. Delivery of Final Files:

   7.1 The final mixed and mastered files, including any additional revisions, clean versions, or mix stems, will be delivered to the client upon receipt of full payment.

 

8. Ownership and Usage Rights:

   8.1 The client retains ownership of the original recordings provided for mixing and mastering.

   8.2 Blink Mode Recording Studio retains the right to showcase the final work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

   9.1 Cancellation of services after the commencement of work may be subject to a cancellation fee.

   9.2 Refunds will not be issued for completed services.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms:

    10.1 By engaging in the mixing and mastering services provided by Blink Mode Recording Studio, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
