Cancellation Policy

Auditions Policy Eligibility for Auditions Auditions are strictly by invitation only. Invitations will be extended to candidates who meet the pre-screening or selection criteria established by our organization. Booking an Audition Slot Booking will be managed through our designated scheduling system. Slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation of Booking A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successfully reserving a time slot. Candidates are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate to receive updates. Rescheduling and Cancellations Any changes to the scheduled audition must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to attend the scheduled audition without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the opportunity. General Guidelines Only invited candidates will be granted access to audition. Proof of invitation may be required upon arrival. Our team reserves the right to modify or cancel audition slots due to unforeseen circumstances, with prompt communication to the affected candidates.
