Our acoustically treated rooms, top-of-the-line equipment, and comfortable environment create the perfect setting to unleash your creativity and capture exceptional audio. With the presence of an experienced Audio Engineer, you’ll have professional guidance throughout your session. Our Audio Engineer will assist you in setting up equipment, fine-tuning audio settings, ensuring optimal sound quality, and offering creative input to enhance your recordings. Their expertise and technical knowledge will elevate your music production to new heights. The Full Day Lockout service provides ample time for a range of activities, including recording multiple tracks, experimenting with arrangements, refining performances, conducting detailed mixing sessions, and more. You’ll have the flexibility to dive deep into your creative process, knowing that you have a dedicated Audio Engineer by your side to support and optimize your recording endeavors. Please note that availability for our Full Day Lockout service with an Audio Engineer may be limited, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your desired date. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1. Advance Booking: • All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are not accepted. 2. Booking Confirmation: • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made upfront if the booking is for a one-time session. • Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received. An invoice will be provided upon request. 3. Session Duration: • Sessions are booked by the hour. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in the loss of the deposit. • Rescheduling is allowed once, provided it’s done at least 24 hours before the session. 5. Late Arrivals: • Clients are advised to arrive on time. Sessions that start late due to the client’s arrival will still end at the scheduled time, and no refunds or extra time will be given. • If the client is more than 30 minutes late, the session may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. 6. No-Show Policy: • No-shows will result in the full payment being forfeited. If the client wishes to rebook, a new booking will need to be made with full payment upfront. 7. Client Responsibilities: • Clients should come prepared for their session with all necessary materials, scripts, or audio files. • If additional services such as mixing, mastering, or post-production are required, they must be booked in advance. 8. Payment Methods: • Payments can be made via EFT, cash or card. Payment details will be provided on the invoice. 9. Studio Rules: • No food or drink is allowed near studio equipment. • Smoking is prohibited in the studio. • Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment during their session. By booking with Blink Mode Recording Studio, clients agree to abide by these policies. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the session or future booking restrictions.
